My firm, Bryan J. McElroy, CPA, APAC, has merged with another Houma CPA firm, ValureCPA, LLC.

Effective January 1, 2022, our new offices are located at 1620 Polk Street in Houma (corner of Polk Street and Museum Drive). This is an exciting and strategic move for us which ushers in a new chapter in my life while maintaining the level of service you have come to expect from me and my staff. My staff members are all moving over to ValureCPA, LLC and will continue to be available to you as in the past. The name of our firm going forward is ValureCPA, LLC.

Part of the transition plan for the merger with ValureCPA, LLC includes a retirement plan for me. Personal and professional challenges presented to me make this the right time to reassess my personal and professional lives. But don't worry, I have agreed to be available to ValureCPA, LLC on a consulting basis to assure a successful merger.

As part of my retirement planning, and after an extensive search for the best CPA firm, I very carefully selected Ross Valure, CPA and his firm, ValureCPA, LLC, as the right choice for our merger because he and his firm are highly regarded, with a wonderful reputation for taking care of their clients. Through this merger, we will not only be able to continue to provide the quality services you have come to expect, but we can expand our offerings to include some of the many services you have requested over the years.
